How to disable Facebook Timeline?

For all those Facebook users out there who opted for the Facebook Timeline feature but didn't quite like it, here's a simple solution on how to get your old profile back.

  1. Head to the Facebook Developers page where you originally created an app to enable Timeline. Click "Edit app"
  2. The only way to remove Timeline is to delete the app. Click "Delete app" in the left sidebar.
  3. Once you confirm the app deletion, your Facebook Timeline will be disabled.

Tata Docomo GPRS settings for PC or Laptop

New subscribers will automatically get the settings named Tata Docomo Dive-In , Tata Docomo MMS and Tata Docomo Internet as soon as you put the Tata Docomo SIM card into the GPRS compatible handset.

If you don’t get the settings automatically, SMS INTERNET to 52270 (toll free). You'll get internet setting once you receive it, save it as default settings. Now start browsing on your mobile and enjoy unlimited fun activities.

There are different GPRS packs to make your recharge easy and comfortable.

Tata DoCoMo INTERNET works with any PC or Laptop that has Bluetooth or USB port for the cable. You willl have to follow the given procedures to work with your PC or Laptop.

  • Connect your phone to computer either via Bluetooth or Data cable. Make sure you must connect the mobile through cable or Bluetooth to your PC.
  • Go to Control Panel then Network and Internet connections.
  • Then go to Network Connections.
  • Click on Create a new connection from left pane.
  • Click Next on New connection wizard.
  • Select Connect to the Internet
  • Click Next and select Set up my connection manually
  • Click Next and select Connect using a Dial up modem
  • Click Next provide ISP name as tata
  • Click Next type Phone no as *99#
  • Click Next.
  • Leave the UserName and password blank then click Next.
  • Check Add a shortcut to this connection to my Desktop.
  • Click Finish.
  • Then dial and connect Tata Docomo GPRS internet on your PC or laptop.

How to connect Aircel GPRS to PC or Laptop

The clear procedure, to activate the Aircel gprs
  • To get Aircel GPRS settings, just send sms as "GPRS" to 121. You will receive settings save that settings in your mobile phone. Then restart the the phone.(if you have any problem call your network provider in order to obtain the required settings according to the model of your phone. They will bring any help needed too.)
  • After activate GPRS, reacharge with appropriate recharge cupon. Then you can able to browse on the Mobile, but not in the PC/Laptop.
  • If you want internet on your PC, then follow these steps...
  • Install appropriate mobile software in your PC / Laptop. (For Nokia install PC suit)
  • After installation make sure you must connect the mobile through cable or Bluetooth to your PC.
    • Goto Control Panel then Network and Internet connections.
    • then goto Network Connections.
    • Click on Create a new connection from left pane.
    • Click Next on New connection wizard.
    • Select Connect to the Internet
    • Click Next and select Set up my connection manually
    • Click Next and select Connect using a Dial up modem
    • Click Next provide ISP name as aircelgprs
    • Click Next type Phone no as *99***1#
    • Click Next and eave the UserName and password blank then click Next.
    • Check Add a shortcut to this connection to my Desktop.

    • And then in Desktop double click aircel icon click dial, now ur modem(mobile) connect with ur PC.
  • Now enjoy the internet browsing.

  1. Within Netscape, click Bookmarks and "Manage Bookmarks..." or CTRL+B.
  2. Within the Bookmark manager click Tools and Export
  3. Select where you wish to export the file and click ok.

 

Netscape Communicator or Netscape 7.0 and above users recovering backup files from Netscape backup or Internet Explorer.

  1. Within Netscape, click Bookmarks and "Manage Bookmarks..." or CTRL+B.
  2. Within the Bookmark manager click Tools and Import
  3. Select the file you wish to Import and click open.

 
Note: By default, Netscape will save your bookmarks as bookmarks.html.

Recent versions of Firefox backup

  1. Open Mozilla Firefox.
  2. Click Bookmarks and then Organize Bookmarks.
  3. Click Export HTML or Click Import and Backup and then Backup. We suggest Exporting to HTML since all browsers support the ability to easily read these files.
  4. Type the filename you wish to save the file as and the destination and then click the Save button.

Recovering favorites in recent versions of Firefox

  1. Open Mozilla Firefox.
  2. Click Bookmarks and then Organize Bookmarks.
  3. Click Import and Backup.
  4. If the file is a JSON file click Restore and choose file. If the file is a .HTM/.HTML file or other browser file click Import HTML and follow the import wizard.

Other versions of Firefox backup

  1. Open Mozilla Firefox.
  2. Click Bookmarks and then Manage Bookmarks.
  3. In the Bookmarks Manager window click File and choose Export.
  4. By default your bookmarks file will be called bookmarks.html. Choose the location you wish to save the bookmarks file to and click the Save button.

Within Opera, click the File menu and Export.
Select the destination to where you wish to save the backup of your favorites to and click Save.

Opera users recovering a backup of your bookmarks.

Within Opera, click the File menu and Import.
Select "Opera bookmarks", "Netscape bookmarks", or "Internet Explorer favorites" depending on which bookmarks or favorites you wish to recover.
Select the file or folder you wish to recover.
Click ok.

Note: By default, Opera will save your bookmarks as Opera6.adr. If your version of Opera is not 6, this filename may change.

  3. Now Gmail will automatically check the accounts at specific interval of time and forward all the emails from your other email accounts to your master Gmail accounts and that,s it.It is a Great way to manage all your email accounts easily.
